Founded in Tombel, South West Cameroon in 2011, CRUCDEV is a formally authorized non-profit dedicated to children, youth, women, and community development through skill-based training, education, and direct empowerment.
We believe poverty is not simply a lack of money — it is a lack of access. Access to books. To tools. To skills. To knowledge. CRUCDEV bridges that gap, supported by 12 international partner organisations across the USA, UK, Germany, and Africa.

SOL Foundation USA supports sustainable community development across underserved regions in Africa, providing funding, resources, and strategic partnerships to grassroots organizations like CRUCDEV working to break cycles of poverty through education and skills.
High Five Club UK is a community-driven organization supporting youth empowerment and vocational skills development in Africa. Their partnership with CRUCDEV directly supports the Community Empowerment Centre’s tailoring and skills training programme in Tombel, Cameroon.
Book Aid International is one of the world’s leading book aid charities, sending over one million books each year to libraries, schools, and communities across sub-Saharan Africa. Their partnership enriches CRUCDEV’s school library establishment program with quality, curated books.
The Book Feeding Project, based in Germany, is dedicated to supplying schools and communities in developing countries with donated books and educational materials. They work directly with CRUCDEV to channel German book donations to the Tombel Public Library and rural schools.
